The Star Trek: Lower Decks Season 4 premiere has a lot going on in a half-hour episode. The USS Voyager returns, and the Lower Decks crew ends up promoted. (Well, except Ensign Rutherford.) However, during another episode where the characters geek out about Starfleet history, the two Lower Decks characters who've boldly gone into live-action have a throwaway line that could hint at another crossover episode.
