Bigby is one of Dungeons & Dragons' most storied NPC characters whose origins go back to Gary Gygax's own personal playgroup. He's a formerly-human wizard whose name ranks among those like Mordenkainen and Tenser for his impact on D&D as a game. Most recently, he has appeared as the in-universe author of Bigby Presents: Glory of the Giants.
