My Adventures with Superman is making a habit out of radical new re-imaginings for classic Man of Steel foes. While Live Wire more or less resembles the character from the comics and Amanda Waller is impossible to miss, the other antagonists in the first three episodes have all departed from their roots. It's in keeping with the series' anime aesthetic: bending the characters to match the genre rather than the other way around.
