Prime Video's Red, White and Royal Blue is, overall, a triumph. Alex and Prince Henry's story provides a much-needed dose of queer joy in an era when most LGBTQ+ stories are tragic in nature (and they have impeccable chemistry to boot). On top of that, it's a fairly faithful adaptation of the book, though it does make its fair share of alterations. However, there's one major character change in the book but not the movie, and his inclusion would have elevated the film even further.
