My Hero Academia's shonen superhero mash up became a trailblazer in the anime genre. Though the series has comedic and action-packed scenes, it still has its fair share of dark moments as well. In most anime, a dark moment tends to involve one or more characters dying, and that is certainly true with My Hero Academia.
