For all you Star Wars fans out there, Walmart is currently offering the LEGO Star Wars Ultimate Collector Series X-Wing Starfighter 75355 for only $200. That's a 17% price drop from the regular $240 MSRP and the first time we've seen this set on sale. Best of all, it will still be delivered before Christmas if you order it soon.

The X-Wing 75331 is a UCS, or Ultimate Collector Series, kit. It consists of 1,949 pieces and measures 22" long, 18" wide, and 11" high. According to LEGO, "the LEGO Ultimate Collector Series represents the very best in collectible LEGO sets. Featuring hard to find, exclusive, and impressively-large LEGO sets, made especially with adult collectors in mind."
This is a faithful recreation of the iconic T65 X-wing starfighter present in all the original Star Wars trilogy movies. The wings can switch between Flight mode and Attack mode via a simple dial and there's even a space to slot in the included R2-D2 droid figure. In addition to R2-D2, you also get a newly redesigned Luke Skywalker in a Rebel uniform and wielding his trademark lightsaber. Unfortunately, he won't fit in the cockpit (well, he can fit, just not in the seat and not attached), but he does pose nicely on the included display stand.
This is the successor to the 2013 UCS X-Wing 7191. It's certainly more impressive with its bigger dimensions and higher brick count. It's also a more faithful recreation compared to the original, which featured under-sized engines- under-sized R2-D2, and several color inconsistencies. Even if you own the old model, it's worth it to get this one because it is superior in every way.
