Despite some box office disappointments like The Marvels, the Marvel Cinematic Universe will be carrying on, albeit with a more measured stance. Kevin Feige and Marvel Studios are still on course with Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars. However, Thor: Love and Thunder director, Taika Waititi, stated a fifth Thor movie is in the works.
