One of the biggest surprises to come out Comic-Con International 2023 in San Diego is the announcement that The Dragon Prince Season 5 has been released in its entirety on Netflix five days ahead of its initially announced premiere date. Continuing the acclaimed animated series created by Aaron Ehasz and Justin Richmond, Callum and Rayla race against the dark mage Claudia, who is out to resurrect her father, Viren, by any means necessary despite his villainous history. This quest takes the heroes from the shadowy library at Lux Aurea to the high seas around the coastal town of Scumport on Xadia while the fiendish Aaravos progresses with his schemes.
