One of the toughest decisions a video game developer has to make is what stays and what goes. When developing a game, sometimes ambition extends too far beyond what is possible at the time or there's just not enough room in the story. Things get cut. While most players often see cut content as something that can get shamelessly sold later as DLC shortly after release, the truth of the matter is that a lot fails to make it to launch for understandable reasons.
