Here’s a great deal for anyone in the market for a smart watch. If you clip the coupon at Amazon, you can get a 41mm GPS model of Apple Watch Series 8 for $224.99. That’s by far the lowest price we’ve seen on last year’s model, which has an MSRP of $400. As with all clippable coupons on Amazon, the deal could go away any time, so grab it fast if you want it.
Apple Watch Series 8 Deal
No doubt the reason for the discount is that Apple has just released the Apple Watch Series 9 and has discontinued the Series 8. But the differences between the two models are slimmer than usual, meaning the Series 8 is not much different from the Series 9 and, with this deal, it costs $175 less. That makes now a great time to buy.
New features introduced in the Series 8 include sensors for body temperature and crash detection. It can also do all the things previous models could do, like send and receive text messages and phone calls, track exercises, play music, and on and on.
The display on the Series 9 can get brighter and dimmer than this model. The S9 chip inside is a bit faster than the S8. Siri is faster on the Series 9, and it has more storage. But that’s about it. If you can live with those minor drawbacks, the Series 8 is a phenomenal deal at $225.
