Donna Noble is returning to Doctor Who. Played by Catherine Tate, Donna originally appeared as a companion to David Tennant's Tenth Doctor, marking her first appearance as a one-off character in the 2006 Christmas special "The Runaway Bride." Donna later returned as a full-time companion for Doctor Who Season 4 in 2008. Donna met one of the most tragic fates to befall any companion on Doctor Who, which left her unable to even remember the Doctor without risking her life. However, the upcoming 60th anniversary specials look set to change Donna's fate forever.
