The Marvel Cinematic Universe has expanded phase after phase. While it might have started as American-centric, from Wakanda to Sokovia, the Marvel landscape has since been made more varied, with new cultures and characters getting brought into play. However, the writing is on the wall for the potential of a new team to enter the scene. The MCU is in a state of flux, especially with the Multiverse Saga not quite panning out as the studio might have planned. It may well be that Marvel pivots to a new concept that could act as their main event moving forward.
