Right now Amazon is offering the Crucial P5 Plus 2TB PCIe Gen4 x4 M.2 solid state drive (SSD) with preinstalled heatsink for only $119.99. Alternatively, you can pick up the even newer Crucial T500 2TB SSD for only $107.99. The T500, however, doesn't include a preinstalled heatsink so you'll have to pick up a separate heatsink on Amazon and install it yourself.

The Crucial P5 Plus meets all the requirements for your PS5 SSD upgrade. It supports transfer speeds of up to 6,660MB/s which is well above the 5,500MB/s minimum threshold. The integrated heatsink is robust and entirely made of aluminum for effective heat dissipation. It's also slim enough to fit in the PS5 bay with the cover on. The Crucial T500 is the upgraded successor to the very popular P5 Plus. It's better than the P5 Plus in every way, boasting both faster 7,400MBps/7,000MBps sequential speeds and 1.18M/1.44M IOPS random speeds. The PC builds, this is the SSD you should get. However, for PS5 gamers, these numbers don't really matter since the P5 Plus is already faster than Sony's recommended minimum speed requirements.
