In the Star Wars Universe, Adam Driver's Kylo Ren is indeed a divisive character. Fans initially dug his look as a modern Darth Vader in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, but the franchise never really explored his worship of his grandfather or his allegiance to the Dark Side.
