Gorons are one of the most iconic fantasy races to have been introduced by the Legend of Zelda franchise, present in almost every game since their first appearance in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time in 1998. They once again have an important role to play in the main story of Tears of the Kingdom, as they did in Breath of the Wild.
