Joker: Folie à Deux director Todd Phillips has shared new images of Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga as a treat for the holidays.
Phillips took to Instagram to share two images, one of Phoenix behind a door and another of Lady Gaga looking at Phoenix in his Joker make-up and suit.
"Wishing everyone a happy holiday and a beautiful new year," Phillips said. "Oct 2024. #Joker2"
Joker: Folie à Deux will be released in theaters on October 4, 2024, and Phillips previously shared an image of Phoenix in the rain and another of Lady Gaga's Harley Quinn and Phoenix's Joker together.
There is still much to learn about this sequel to 2019's Joker, but we do know it will exist outside of James Gunn and Peter Safran's DCU and will actually call DC Elseworlds its home. There are also unconfirmed reports that this new movie will be a musical.
