Rise of the Ronin, Team Ninja's upcoming open-world samurai game, revealed a new trailer, in addition to a March 2024 release date, at today's The Game Awards.
It'll release on PS5 on March 22, 2024, it was revealed today. The new trailer is our best look at the game yet, showing off some sleek cinematics and a good bit of gameplay.

We first learned about the combat-focused RPG, which "takes you on an epic and unfettered journey as a Ronin at the dawn of a new era in Japan," last year during a PlayStation State of Play. Per the official synopsis:
Japan, 1863. After three centuries of the Tokugawa Shogunate’s oppressive rule, the Black Ships of the West descend upon the nation’s borders and the country falls into a state of turmoil. Amidst the chaos of war, disease and political unrest, a nameless warrior forges their own path, holding the very fate of Japan in their hands.
