The Marvel Cinematic Universe's Phases Four and Five have quietly set up the looming threat of the Council of Kangs and their desire to assault the multiverse and conquer everything in sight. The worst part is that only a handful of characters are aware of the full scope of this threat and have no way to communicate with one another. Loki Season 2's latest trailer shows the problems stem across the timeline and many Kang variants, even though Scott Lang believed he killed the villain in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. But Loki Season 2 may finally offer some context as to why one certain Kang was banished, which may, in turn, establish Kangs' greatest weaknesses.
