It took more than the combined might of the Doom Patrol to defeat Isabel Immortus in the Max show's series finale. Even then, Isabel subsequently crashed the Doom Patrol’s home to surprisingly gift them with magical toenails that could restore their longevity. But it was too late for Rita Farr, who had already aged and passed away, leaving the titular team to mourn their fallen comrade before moving on to the next stages of their lives... or the afterlife.
