In the 40-plus years that Lucasfilm's Star Wars franchise has permeated pop culture, it's been understandably associated with a "theatrical event" status, but there's great potential for the mainline stories to venture into TV. Admittedly, certain Disney+ shows like The Book of Boba Fett and Obi-Wan Kenobi were somewhat underwhelming when using both the brand and the medium to their fullest.
