The new Transformers comic from Skybound Entertainment once again restarts the classic war between the Autobots and Decepticons. Reintroducing several nostalgic characters, the series is mainly meant as an update of the original Generation 1 continuity. The classic comics and cartoons from G1 cemented certain Transformers as icons, although one of these Robots in Disguise might not live long enough to achieve that status in the new series.
