That's about 18% cheaper than the $429 price we normally see on Amazon. The dumbbells sold out over the weekend, but Amazon is bringing is Cyber Monday deal back for one last hurrah. Free weights like dumbbells are a great choice for someone who wants access to a variety of workouts that can target every muscle in your body without having to buy a ton of equipment or give up a lot of space.
Cyber Monday Deal: Bowflex SelectTech 552 Dumbbells for $299.99
The deal includes a pair of dumbbells. Each Bowflex SelectTech 552 dumbbell is adjustable from 5 pounds all the way to 52.5 poundsl. There are a total of 15 different weight settings per dumbbell. The settings start at out 2.5lb increments from 5 to 25 pounds, 5lb increments from 25 to 50 pounds, and then a final 2.5lb increment from 50 to 52.5 pounds.
In terms of space saving prowess, the Bowflex dumbbells are unmatched. You basically only have to worry about storing two larger profile dumbbells instead of an entire rack of weights. All the plates are neatly contained in two cradles that take up very little space. And instead of having to swap out plates, all you have to do is turn a dial. They're also durable; the components are mostly solid metal (including the moving parts) wrapped in plastic and rubber to deaden vibrations and provide better grip. I've had mines for over ten years and although they've been handled very roughly, they still look and work like new.
Note that the dumbbells include the cradles but not the stand. To complete the package, you can pick up the Bowflex stand that's made specifically for the SelectTech dumbbells. It's currently $100 off and, in my opinion, worth it if you don't want your dumbbells lying on the floor. Of course, you won't need it if you have a spare end table on hand.

According to the user reviews out there, they seem just as durable, feature a very similar design, and are made of the materials. You're just not paying money for the Bowflex brand name.
