While Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom have brought many unique changes to the Zelda franchise, they aren’t the first to do so. Skyward Sword brought its motion controls, Ocarina of Time brought the transition to 3D, and the two Nintendo DS entries, Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks, brought a combination of touch-based stylus controls and new innovations to the classic Zelda formula. For those who didn't buy a copy when the games were originally released or who don't already have it downloaded on the Wii U, there are few legal ways to access these games.
