Good and bad reviews have been dropping for Disney's Wish, and while its audience score is sitting at 81% on Rotten Tomatoes, fans on social media platforms like YouTube and TikTok are sharing ways in which the film may have just missed the mark. Many of the audience's grievances are coming in reaction to the book The Art of Wish, released by Disney on October 24, 2023. Although the book was released roughly before the film's actual release, early trailers hadn't generated enough interest in the movie for people to start digging into its early stages of production. And it wasn't until Disney started releasing clips from some of the film's songs that the internet really began paying closer attention to Disney's 100th Anniversary endeavor.
