DC Comics has a proud history of multiversal stories, crossovers, and team-ups — even more so than Marvel. In fact, it was in the pages of DC's books that the multiverse was first brought to comics. Although Flash was the first hero to experience an adventure into another dimension, Batman has since become one of the most avid explorers of alternate worlds. Through a series of stories, he has even met up with alternate versions of himself, as well as his analogs.
