The fifth episode of Loki's second season took things a step further when the Time Loom explodes and sends the Time Variant Authority agents careening through dying branch timelines. In a desperate bid to get his friends back, Loki seeks to bring everyone together and travel back to the TVA headquarters, where he hopes to repair the damaged time loom and set everything straight once more. However, things don't go according to plan, resulting in a major shift of status quo for the god of mischief himself, as well as for the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe.
