The Flexispot desktop surface measures 55x28". Unlike some of the other cheap desks on Amazon that uses a split top surface for easier packaging, this is a single piece with no seams. The 1" thick desktop is sturdy enough to support up to 187 pounds, so people with heavy full-tower PCs and 48" displays (like myself) won't have to worry. The legs are made of steel of support. The single electric motor lift mechanism offers height adjustment from 28" to 47.6", at a speed of 1" per second.
The controls are simple; it's a 2-button affair for raising and lowering the lift. Compared to more premium models with memoryh settings, this might seem like a pretty barebones standing desk, but you can't really complain given the low price. Flexispot is well rated for its reliability and build quality. I have owned a Flexispot for a few years and totally love it. In fact, it's right next to a far more expensive Jarvis Fully desk, and they feel amost identical in my not-so-professional opinion.
