The Justice League were formed in 1960's The Brave and the Bold #28, where DC assembled seven of their greatest heroes all in one place. The group have since become the company's flagship superhero team, surpassing their Golden Age predecessors in the Justice Society of America. The team's success even inspired subsequent teams across the industry, and their creative villains helped make this success a reality.
