As Harley Quinn Season 4 proceeds, fans are being treated to wild, depraved takes on quite a few villains. It does fit the show's mold of old, but this season seems to be going the extra, extreme mile. At the core of it is Lex Luthor, who's augmenting his body and making even more sadistic, egoistical decisions than many would assume.
