The Marvel Cinematic Universe is expanding, taking things in a direction that many fans have wanted for years. The new "Marvel Spotlight" banner will be the home for darker, more mature content set in the shared universe, namely the TV series Echo. While it's exactly what some older audiences have been requesting for quite a while, it sadly may be coming far too late in the MCU's lifespan.
