Goku has made a lot of questionable decisions throughout the Dragon Ball series. Most of those decisions tend to involve showing the villain mercy so that he can give them a "fair fight." As ridiculous as that may be, arguably Goku's most questionable decision of all was made in Dragon Ball Z during the Cell Saga. Namely, his choice to give Perfect Cell a senzu bean right before his fight against Gohan.
