Warning: This article contains full spoilers for Loki Season 2 Episode 2, which is now streaming on Disney+.

Loki fans spotted two fun Easter eggs in the second episode of Season 2: one involving an Eternals character and the other referencing a more obscure Marvel hero, best known as Phone Ranger.

Episode 2 of Loki, "Breaking Brad", transports Loki and Mobius to 1977 London on the Sacred Timeline, where Hunter X-05 has made a name for himself as actor Brad Wolfe, starring in a monster movie called "Zaniac". The theatre and surrounding streets display various film posters, including one for a Kingo-led feature.

Viewers spotted the blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment during a scene that follows Loki and Mobius through London's West End. A poster in the background advertises a movie titled Saraush Ke Putra, which translates into English as Son of Sarosh, featuring the face of Kingo, Kumail Nanjiani's character in the 2021 film Eternals.

In Eternals, Kingo revealed he used his immortality to build a prolific career as a Bollywood movie star. He posed as the identical-looking descendants of the "original" Kingo across multiple generations to form a familial acting dynasty, including a turn as "great-great-grandfather" The Great Kingo in Saraush Ke Putra.

Right after the poster of Kingo appears on screen, another movie advertisement featuring a much more obscure Marvel hero pops up. This one puts the Phone Ranger in the spotlight, with the image depicting the superhero in his classic yellow and red specially adapted suit, equipped with a phone and a number keypad.

Some viewers may have missed this reference, as the character (whose non-superhero name is A.G. Bell) has only appeared in three Marvel comics since Kurt Busiek and James Fry created him for 1985's Marvel Age Annual #1. In the comics, Bell used his communications-based powers to fight crime as the Phone Ranger.

Although we're only two episodes in, it looks like Loki Season 2 will have several fun Easter eggs and references to uncover along the way, as Marvel fans also thought they found an X-Men nod in the premiere. New episodes will debut every Thursday on Disney+ through November 9, with IGN's review of 1-4 already up.
