The hero's acclaimed TV series originally on Netflix and the highly-anticipated Daredevil: Born Again coming next year bolstered his mainstream status, but the Man Without Fear has a rich history in the comics. Daredevil evolved greatly since his creation in 1964 by Stan Lee and Bill Everett's hands, and arguably more so after Frank Miller triumphantly reinvented the character in the early '80s.
