A lot happened in the My Adventures With Superman Season 1 finale, not the least of which was the Kryptonian Ship Clark arrived in almost started an invasion. The events of the previous two episodes detailed how the day Clark arrived on Earth was the same day this same fleet almost invaded. While it's not certain these aliens are Kryptonians, the reason they attacked the Kent farm seems to indicate they are. However, the holographic Jor-El showed Kal-El a more traditional version of his origin earlier in the season.
