Over nine months after its midseason finale, with news that its fourth and current season would be its last, Doom Patrol is back on Max this October to conclude its fan-favorite run with six new episodes. Kicking things off with a two-episode midseason premiere, Doom Patrol Season 4 picks up right where the story paused this past January, mixing heartbreak with irreverent humor as is the quirky superhero's team way. And though the scope doesn't quite match that of preceding seasons, Doom Patrol provides audiences with a satisfying conclusion as it leans into what made its ensemble so endearing in the first place.
