Star Wars is littered with cool characters, but the Jedi are typically the real fan favorites. Luke, Anakin, Obi-Wan, and Rey have captivated audiences for years, as they worked to save the galaxy from injustice. All of those Jedi notwithstanding, Yoda is probably the most recognizable Jedi Master in the franchise. Ever since his first appearance in The Empire Strikes Backs, Yoda's diminutive, green figure and his backward way of speaking have made him a science-fiction icon.
