The primary objective of any comedy movie is to keep its audience laughing. To achieve this goal, ridiculously unrealistic plotlines and over-the-top characters lead the charge. But comedy can also be created through overly melodramatic or devious plots of cartoonish-style villains. Unfortunately, not every antagonist can pull this off.
