One of Netflix's biggest original animated series hits has been The Dragon Prince, which released its fifth season early to coincide with its panel at this year's San Diego Comic-Con. The high fantasy series put its main characters through the wringer as Callum and Rayla explored the corrupted kingdom of Lux Aurea while Claudia scrambled to complete the resurrection spell to save her father, Viren. However, after Viren used dark magic at the end of Season 4, his health grew more dire, leading him to fall comatose and face the consequences of his actions.
