As Mortal Kombat 1 reboots, one of the arcs fans are most intrigued by is the Outworld story. It's retooled the kingdom of Edenia, with Kitana and Mileena now biological sisters. The latter's due for the throne, although the Tarakatan diseases Baraka has is now infecting Mileena and possibly, endangering the kingdom's rulership.
