Star Wars: Ahsoka Episode 5 is getting a limited theatrical release at select locations on September 12, allowing fans to experience the next chapter on the big screen alongside its Disney+ debut.

Shortly after Ahsoka Episode 4 premiered on the streaming platform, Disney and Lucasfilm announced the next episode would screen in select theaters as part of a Midseason Fan Celebration. Fans in the U.S. can reserve tickets at Gofobo.com, while those in the U.K. can attend a special event hosted by Empire magazine.

As expected, tickets for the upcoming Tano Tuesday event have proven popular, with fans now invited to join waitlists to reserve a seat. More showings could become available before next Tuesday, but they would also likely be on a first-come, first-serve basis, so those wanting to attend would need to be quick to RSVP.

The fifth episode of Ahsoka getting a theatrical release indicates that it will be the show's biggest and most exciting chapter to date, which comes as no surprise after Episode 4 delivered a twist ending that sent fans into a total frenzy, despite being a long-rumoured part of the latest live-action Star Wars series.

The official title and synopsis for Episode 5 are unknown, but it is the second episode in the series to be directed by showrunner Dave Filoni. Unfortunately, the trailers also provide next to no clues as to what might be on the horizon, as the final four episodes of the series only include nine seconds of Star Wars trailer footage.

These will stream on Disney+ every Tuesday at 6pm Pacific / 9pm Eastern and every Wednesday at 2am in the U.K., with the series coming to an end when the final episode debuts in the first week of October.
