The dread and depravity that comes with the horror genre generally do not go hand-in-hand with the lovey-dovey notions of romance. While there are creepy, canonical couples like Morticia and Gomez Addams from The Addams Family and Ed and Lorraine Warren of The Conjuring series that bring a romantic flair to their terrifying titles, relationships and romances tend not to be at the forefront of horror movies.
