If any character on Futurama qualifies as a villain, it has to be Robot Santa Claus. While Zapp Brannigan clothes his mayhem in heroics, and the likes of Mom and the Slurm worms are more distant threats, Robot Santa puts everyone in dire and immediate peril. He's also a spot-on satire of holiday consumerism, turning "Xmas" into a yearly horror show rather than a time of solace and joy.
