Gohan and Vegeta have an overlooked history of being unspoken rivals in Dragon Ball. Ever since Vegeta first recognized Gohan's innate potential during the Saiyan Saga, the two warriors have grown alongside each other, with Vegeta only fully recognizing the superior power of Goku's son during the end of the Cell Games. Since the start of Super, though, Vegeta has been stronger than Gohan throughout the entire series. With both characters recently achieving brand-new forms in the DBS manga, the question once again arises about whether the son of Goku has surpassed the Prince of All Saiyans.
