The Walt Disney Company is at somewhat of a crossroads as it looks to the future. There are many projects in play right now that could set the movie studio on a brand-new trajectory. The Parks are getting renovated. Disney+ is finding new franchises of its own. And Disney is beginning to experiment once more with what audiences want to see on the big screen. Hollywood itself is currently undergoing a tumultuous period, and Disney is very much involved in that changing status quo. New opportunities may arise, but Disney should not stifle its own creativity.
