The Teen Titans have a history going back to the Silver Age of Comics, with this conglomerate of teenage sidekicks starting out as a sort of junior Justice League. Though they've since grown far beyond that, they were initially a tight bunch of kids stuck in the shadows of their mentors. This and other issues sent one Titan on a dark path, and the team's new flashback comic book sheds further light on the subject.
