DC Comics has been on a rather impressive streak in 2023. While they haven't overtaken Marvel in sales, they also haven't suffered from the fan displeasure that seems to be a near-constant factor at the House Of Ideas. Dawn Of DC has been well-received as the publisher rebuilds its brands. James Gunn and Peter Safran's arrival to the movie side of DC drove new interest, and Gunn mentioning titles would get them to sell out. The company is constantly riding the waves of critical acclaim, with prestige series like Human Target and superhero books like World's Finest being praised despite being nothing alike. They've also put out two event books.
