Horror found a series on Netflix to scratch their creep-out itch in Mike Flanagan's 2018 series The Haunting of Hill House. The supernatural drama is based on Shirley Jackson's 1958 novel of the same name, but its quality was nevertheless a breath of fresh air for the horror genre. Strangely enough, there wasn't anything in way of a sequel or second season, at least when it comes to official continuations.
