The Acer Predator X27U is a 27" monitor with a 2560x1440 QHD resolution, 240Hz refresh rate, and AMD FreeSync Premium certification. The X27U uses an LG OLED panel, the same one found in several other OLED monitors like the LG 27GR95QE, ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM, and the Corsair XENEON 27QHD240. Compared to the other monitors, the Acer is currently the least expensive model. OLED panels offer near instantaneous response time and near infinite black levels. This particular model also has a very fast 240Hz refresh rate. Color reproduction is very good as well with a 99% DCI-P3 color gamut and color accuracy at Delta E<1. Brightness peaks at 1,000 nits.
Connectivity wise, the X27U has two HDMI 2.0 ports (no HDMI 2.1) and one DisplayPort 1.4. Only the DisplayPort can output 4K at up to 240Hz refresh rate. There are some other niceties like a USB Type-C port that offers up to 90W of power delivery and a built-in KVM switch. The X27U also includes a 3 year warranty, although that doesn't include burn-in protection.

There's no denying that OLED monitors have a higher chance of burn-in issues than other types of monitors. Nowadays there are features baked in that overwhelmingly mitigate these problems, but it's always nice to have a warranty that covers premature burn-in for peace of mind. There aren't very many brands that offer such burn-in protection, and you will have to pay more than the Acer Predator X27U. Both Alienware (Dell) and Corsair offer a full 3 year burn-in protection and LG offers 2 years.
