When Netflix announced Castlevania: Nocturne as a sequel to its hit Castlevania series, fans were ecstatic. They wanted to learn more about the new era in the wake of Trevor Belmont and Sypha Belnades' stories. With Dracula and Lisa also returning to the land of the living and proceeding to hide out and live a happy life, it did feel like the vampire landscape may not have been as dangerous.
