The deadly game played in Danny and Michael Philippou's directorial debut involves a severed embalmed hand used to conjure spirits and let them possess the participant's body. The game starts by lighting a candle and the player grabbing the hand, saying "Talk to me" to engage with a spirit and "I let you in" to become possessed by one. For 90 seconds, the player can experience the thrill of possession, and once that minute and a half is up, the candle is to be blown out; any longer, the player will suffer deadly consequences.
